My First Home… c: Help me plan?

I will be moving from my long-time home of KY to FL with my boyfriend within the next year. I'm gradually saving up money & buying some of the smaller things I know I'll need in a home so I don't have to purchase them all at once when I get there. I don't want to have too much to move. When I move, I will have a UHaul pull-behind trailer I can fill, plus a Monte Carlo & a small truck. I have basic furniture already moved down there, so I have plenty of room for the essentials.

Here's some home stuff I already have purchased:
Drinking Glasses, Pitchers, silverware, plates, bowls, etc.
bedding
shelving & storage solutions [which can also be used to store items in transit during the move]
bathroom & bedroom decor

What else would you recommend I purchase before the move? The bigger / more breakable stuff [such as some home decor] I will be purchasing when I get there. I just need to stock up on the essentials so I don't have such a shock. I need things I can store until I move. Thanks.

Towels for daily use (unless you include this in your bath decor), kitchen/cleaning cloths, some basic tools (hammer, nails, screwdrivers, duct/masking tape, wall hangers, etc), broom/dustpan/vacuum, 1+ sm and 1 kitchen garbage can, a 2 gallon bucket/mop, laundry basket & hamper, ironing board/iron, and maybe some basic gardening equipment (50′ hose, gloves, sm. clippers, hedge clippers, trowel, etc).

Make sure you call ahead to schedule a date for phone and cable because it can take a few days to get hooked up. You will need cleaning supplies, microwave, pots, pans, kitchen gloves and utensils, new toilet seats, alarm clock……
