A zinc-plated stationary shelves in the middle tier provides extra storage space. The removable basket on the side holds condiments and seasonings and fits conveniently in the oversize towel bar to keep ingredients close at hand. Equipped with an easy slide drawer, oversize towel bar, 4 fixed "S" hooks to hangs utensils and a bottom shelf beverage holder, this workstation truly has it all. The exclusive Chop & Drop system behind the drawer allows for the sanitary collection of juices, the easy collection of prepared foods, easy disposal of waste and effortless clean-up. This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface to collect juices and direct their flow to the "pig snout" (cut out in the cutting surface). The stainless steel chef pan sits snugly below the "pig snout" to collect the juices or cut product. The Trash Ring and Trash Bag feature is designed to dispose of cut product or waste directly into a trash bag. The trash ring is designed to fit standard plastic grocery bags or kitchen trash bags. The work station is also equipped with 3" commercial grade casters (2 front feature a brake).
