For the above website, I know that each child needed 35square feet of space in a Child Care Center, but not Orphanage. And my orphanage is around 3762 sq ft. (not including
food preparation areas of the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, offices, staff rooms, corridors, hallways,
closets, lockers, laundry areas, furnace rooms, cabinets, and storage shelving spaces)

So if i divide it by 35, the maximum amount of children would be around 107. ..
that is waaaay too much..I don't have space for 100 over beds.
Any clue out there?
It's just an academic project, but still am trying to follow the laws/reality ^^"

I live in a fairly spacious two bed, two bath, upstairs condo with a porch, but plan on having another kid in a few years so I will need to be able to sell this place, and I would love to both make it a better experience while I'm here, and worth more money. Currently, I have light baise-ish carpets in the bedrooms and living room and up the stairs, linoleum floors, stark white cabinets that look unfinished (I need to ad hardware, thats cheap enough) double sinks in the bathroom with a large mirror and no room for cabinets/storage, no shelving in the to-small laundry room, and ugly light fictures/fans all around. One thing I KNOW I'm doing is getting film to put over the windows to block UV and lower utility costs, but other then that which things will I be able to do while still here, which will reap the most profit, and which wont make much difference? Thank you

I have a relatively small laundry room and limited wall space to hang organizers. Although I have 3 cabinets, they are not very functional for laying clothes to dry or hanging clothes or even storing large detergent bottles.

Ideally I need something to help me keep laundry separated (darks, lights, towels) and something to lay (not hang!) wet clothes to dry.

Any suggestions?
